he slipped his hand
through the oil slick of an aura.
the jolt as he broke through
sent him into a total panic.
his normally electric blue aura
turned an angry mixture of
blood red and deathly black.
the look on his face was
one of terror and loathing.
he screamed and
pulled his hand back
as if burned by a
white-hot flame
and attempted to contemplate
the horrid images he had seen.
